- Bronze: If you just want a regular check for your equipment, our bronze package comes with an annual service visit. This should keep your stairlift working at optimum performance.
- Silver: Our silver package is great for those wanting extra reassurance should any problems occur with your stairlift. This package includes breakdown call outs as well as the annual service visit. If you suddenly find you have a problem with your stairlift, our qualified engineers can be on site quickly to repair it for you. The silver package does not include the cost of parts that may need replacing.
- Gold: Our gold package provides complete peace of mind – it includes an annual service visit, breakdown call-outs and replacement parts if they are required.
These service options are not just available to people who buy our stairlifts. If you have a model installed by another company but want to take advantage of our great maintenance packages, we are more than happy to have you on board. It doesn’t matter what the make or age of the device is in your home.
